Is the Jillian Michaels app worth trying?

If you’re looking for something straightforward, the Jillian Michaels app might be worth a shot. It’s got a decent range of workouts, including strength, HIIT, yoga, and bodyweight stuff, so there’s something for most fitness levels. BUT—and it’s a big but—whether it’s effective totally depends on how well you stick to it. The app itself doesn’t have some magic sauce that’s going to suddenly make you love burpees.

Personally, I tried it for a couple of months. The customization option is a cool feature; you can adjust the workouts based on what equipment you have, how intense you want it to be, and how much time you’re willing to torture yourself.
